Will my username and password remain the same?

Yes, they will stay the same.

I am not currently a Hopewell Online banking user; can I sign up? 

You can click here to apply online. This will take you to the online agreement.  Once you accept the agreement you will be guided to the registration screen.

Why did Hopewell convert to a new system?

We moved to a new system that provides Multifactor Authentication for increased security.  With more extensive security and more options within the software, we think you will find this upgrade a great addition to the products available.

Will this impact Mobile Banking? 

Your mobile banking will not change and will operate normally; however, if you use bill pay, you will need to log into the new Hopewell Online website at least once.    

What new security items will be in place?

You will be asked to select three security questions, a password reset question and a Personal Identification Watermark Image.  These new security features detect any uncharacteristic or unusual behavior involving your account.  If anything out of the ordinary is detected, we will be required to verify your identity.  You will be asked your security questions to ensure it is truly you trying to access your account.   In the event your username and password are stolen, it would be unlikely they would be able to answer your security questions.

What if I can’t remember my challenge question answers?

You will be allowed three attempts to answer your challenge questions correctly.  Should you answer incorrectly three times, your account will be blocked and you would need to contact Hopewell at 740.522.8311 to reset your account.

I currently use Bill Pay, will my payees and information be there?

Yes, your payees, recurring transactions and history automatically transfered over.

Will my eStatements be available online?

Yes, you will be able to see your eStatements by accessing the eStatements tab.  Not currently receiving eStatements?  Great news, you can enroll right from Hopewell Online.

What if I cannot log in?

What will be different with the new Hopewell Online?

We are thrilled to present this new, more robust, product to you at no charge.  You will still have all the great tools you have become accustom too and some new and exciting ones too.  You’ll now be able to open secondary share and Hopewell Holiday Club accounts right online.   You can also customize your Summary page with widgets that fit your specific needs.

Will my manually set-up auto share transfers automatically be moved over?

You will need to recreate manually created auto share transfers.  If you have an ACH transfer, such as a direct deposit, this will not need to be updated.
