HOW DO I REDEEM EXTRA AWARD® POINTS?
Simply log in to your Hopewell Online account, select your award, and order.

DO EXTRA AWARD® POINTS EXPIRE? 
All points must be redeemed within 5 years. Point values will expire after 60 months and will no longer be eligible for redemption.

HOW MANY EXTRA AWARD® POINTS DO I EARN ON EACH PURCHASE?
Points will be earned at a rate of 1 point for every net $1 made on purchases. 

WHEN MAKING PAYMENTS BY MAIL, WHAT IS THE PAYMENT ADDRESS?
Payments made by mail should be sent to:  Hopewell Federal Credit Union, PO Box 2157, Heath, Ohio 43056

DO I NEED TO HAVE HOPEWELL ONLINE (HOME BANKING) TO MAKE ONLINE VISA® PAYMENTS?
No, you can use Hopewell Online to make online payments to your Visa® card.  Need to sign up?  You can apply online or stop by one of our locations to get started today.  Another option is to access our WebPay site which allows you to make online payments to your card or any other Hopewell loan from other financial institutions checking and savings accounts. 

WHAT IF I AM TRAVELING?
Fraud is on the rise.  Hopewell Federal has updated some of its policies and procedures in an effort to keep you safe against this challenging situation.  These extra security measures have been put in place for your protection.  Please take a moment to review and let us know if you have any questions.

  • All out of state debit card purchases will be limited to $100 or less unless you use your pin or notify us of out of state travel.
  • If you are traveling out of state, we recommend that you contact our card services department with your travel dates  at 740.522.8311
  • If you live out of state, we recommend that you contact our card services department at 740.522.8311

CAN I USE THE TOLL FREE MAGIC PHONE LINE TO OBTAIN VISA ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Yes, the MAGIC line is a great resource to access your Visa® account information.  Please be advised that Visa® products are now categorized as LOAN products.  When calling into the MAGIC line at 888-352-7485, you will need to touch 1 to be directed to the main menu, followed by your account number, access number and last four digits of your social security number.  Once you have arrived at the main menu, you will use either touch 4 (TRANSFERS) or 6 (LOAN BALANCE INFORMATION).   Below are the prompts you may find helpful.
