PLEASE BE ADVISED:

The latest Android operating system, Android 9 (Pie) is currently being rolled out to some Samsung devices, based on device type and carrier. We have identified an issue with the Samsung devices that are upgrading to Android 9 and our Mobile application; users who upgrade to Android 9 are no longer able to login to the application at all. This is specifically on Samsung devices, not Pixel or other devices that have been on Android 9 for the past year. 

Compatibility with the new Android 9 operating system on Samsung devices is a top priority for our Mobile Banking provider.  Please remember you can access all information on Hopewell Online if you are a Samsung user.
