Is the branch open?



YES, Hopewell Heath, Newark, & Johnstown are now open.  In accordance with CDC Guidelines, those who are not vaccinated will need to continue to wear a mask and we will still observe social distancing within our locations.

How do I become a member?

You must live, work, worship, or be a student in Licking, Franklin, or Delaware county.  If you do, simply complete the online membership application to join the Hopewell family. 


Do you offer mortgage loans?

YES, we offer mortgage loans and encourage you to visit our mortgage lending page for details.  Our mortgage loan associate is Paul Haney.  


Do you offer kids accounts?

YES, we have youth accounts perfect for any age child.  Visit our youth pages to learn more.


My Debit Card is getting ready to expire, what do I do?

You should automatically receive your new card the first part of the month.


Can you help me redeem my Savings Bonds?

YES, we can help you!


Do you offer Visa® Gift Cards?

YES, we offer non reloadable gift cards.  These can be loaded in any amount and work just like a Visa® card.


Do you have safe deposit boxes?

Yes! The Heath office offers Safe Deposit boxes in 4 sizes for an annual fee. 

  • 3 x 5 -- $15 annually
  • 3 x 10 -- $35 annually
  • 5 x 10 -- $50 annually
  • 10 x 10 -- $75 annually

What is the cut off time for wires?

Our cut off time for wires is Monday - Friday at 1:00PM.  


How do I reorder checks?

Just complete this online order form.  


My Computer is broke, how do I pay my bills?

There are a few different options.  If you have a smart phone, you can access Hopewell's mobile app to utilize online bill pay.  In addition, we offer a computer that can be used free of charge in our lobby.


How can I check my balance over the phone?

We offer our free Magic Line, you can get account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week over the telephone. You can transfer funds from savings to checking, check account balances, or get information on your last 20 transactions per account.  There is no fee for this service.  The next time you need account information, call 888-352-7485.  


How can I deposit after hours?

If you are depositing cash or checks, you can utilize our night deposit.  Additionally, if you are only depositing checks, you can utilize Check Direct mobile deposit capture.

Do you offer medallion signatures?

No, most medallion signatures must be obtained by an investment firm.  We encourage you to reach out to Webb Financial to learn more.


Is there a coin machine?

YES, we have a coin machine that is free to use for members.  Not a member yet, there will be a small fee.
