We continue to recommend you use our digital tools and other resources for self-service banking.

What if I don't have Hopewell Online?  
It's easy to get signed up.  Click here to register.  Before we get started, make sure you have the following items:

  • Your account number
  • Your Social Security number (SSN)
  • The email address on file with us

Are lobbies open?

YES, we have reopened.  Please remember to wear a mask and social distance when visiting.

Can I pay my bills online?
YES, just register for Hopewell Online and you can pay your bill conveniently from your computer.

What if I need to pay my loan or credit card using funds from another financial institution?
Hopewell Federal WebPay, a secure payment center available 24/7 to quickly make your loan or credit card payments using funds from another checking, savings or debit card account.  Just visit this page to get registered.

I don't have a computer, how can I get access to my accounts?
Mobile Banking is a free service offered to all Hopewell Federal Credit Union members who have Hopewell Online.  You have three ways to access your account information using innovative mobile technology. Follow a few easy steps and take your financial needs mobile.  Sign up for Hopewell Online, then visit your app store and search for the Hopewell App.  You'll have full access to all of your accounts including Credit Card controls and Bill Pay.  MAGIC phone line is another way for you to access account information by calling 888.352.7485.

Can I transfer funds from one account to another?
Yes, Hopewell Online, Mobile Banking and the ATM will allow you digital access to transfer funds between accounts.

What if I need to deposit a check?
Each branch offers you access to our night deposit on the exterior of the building.  We will be checking this throughout the day, so feel free to use it throughout.  Take advantage of this option if you have a paper check you need to deposit.

My income has been impacted by COVID-19 and I am not sure what to do?

Can I come into the office?
Please make an appointment for face to face banking by contacting us at 740.522.8311.

What if I need to apply for a loan?
The best starting point is to complete your application online.  We will contact you via phone with questions and next steps.

Will the ATM be sanitized?
Unfortunately, we won’t have the ability to sanitize the buttons between each individual visit.  We encourage you to utilize hand sanitizer following a visit to the ATM. 

Is the Credit Union operating normally?
Despite our lobby closure, we are operating as business as usual.  All services are still available. 

Why is Hopewell making these changes?  
In an effort to maintain social distancing suggested by the CDC, WHO, and local and state authorities.  If you have questions about COVID-19, visit www.cdc.gov or call the ODH Hotline at 833.4.ASK.ODH.  

When will things go back to normal?
There is no exact timeline for these guidelines, so we will continue to operate in this way until it is responsible not to.
