Service Updates Supplied by Quicken/Quickbooks

February 14, 2018 Service Update:  A fix implemented with 2018.02 on February 6, 2018 caused Quicken/QuickBooks users with accounts with fewer than 16 digits to re-enter their account numbers. A prior update was completed to include the full account number in the Web Connect file that is downloaded from NetTeller, rather than a partial version that was used previously. If the account number setup in QuickBooks/Quicken does not match the account number included in the Web Connect file identically, the QuickBooks/Quicken software prompts the end user to setup a new account within the software. Our suggestion is to start a new account, as this should be a one-time process for their accounts. We apologize for the oversight of not notifying you in advance of this important change.
