Closing Account Policy

Closing your Account

Did you know you can keep your account open even if you change jobs or move? That's right! Once you're a member, you can always be a member. However, if you would like to close your account, you may do so using one of the following methods:

1. In person at one of our branches;

2. Send your written request to Hopewell Federal Credit Union, PO Box 2157, Heath, OH 43056 or by fax to 740-522-1577.

3. Send us a message through our Online Banking or email us at info@hopewellfcu.org

Close Your Digital Account

If you would like to request the deletion of your Digital Banking Data, please send us an email at info@hopewellfcu.org or a written request to Hopewell Federal Credit Union, PO Box 2157, Heath, OH 43056 or by fax to 740-522-1577.
